FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How do I book a session?
Reach out through the Contact page or click "Inquire Today" on any package. I'll get back to you within 24–48 hours to confirm availability and next steps.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes — a 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining 50% is due on delivery day. Cancellations within 48 hours of the shoot forfeit the deposit.
How long until I receive my photos or videos?
Portrait sessions and corporate events are delivered within 7 days. Event coverage (birthdays, celebrations) is delivered within 10 days. Rush delivery (same week) is available for +$150.
How will I receive my files?
All photos and videos are delivered via Google Drive as fully edited, high-resolution files ready to download, print, or share.
Do you travel for shoots?
Yes! I'm based in Toronto and cover events across the GTA. Travel outside the GTA may include a travel fee — reach out and we'll work it out.
